FAQ
Yes, start to finish. Tell us your insurer and we lodge the claim and deal with them directly.
Often same day, and usually faster than the nationwide chains. Send a photo and we’ll give you the next slot.
Rough guide: chip smaller than a coin, away from your line of sight — repair. Bigger, spreading, or in your view — replace. Send a photo and we’ll tell you straight.
If your car has lane-assist or auto braking, yes — the camera behind the glass must be re-aimed. We’re certified and do it in the same visit, so there’s no second appointment.
A small chip away from your view is usually fine short-term — but fix it before it spreads. A crack in your eyeline or reaching the edge of the glass shouldn’t wait, and it can fail your WOF.
